Die Walkure

Kaufmann is to-die-for "Siegmund" - 2011 Met Production
I haven't listened to Act III yet - I am trying to get over Siegmund's death before I proceed - but at least acts I and II are wonderful. If I never see/hear another Walkure again I won't mind because I can just watch this one over and over and over. I cannot imagine anyone ever topping Kaufmann's Siegmund.

But, like some reviewers commented, most of the reviews are FOR THE OLD PRODUCTION. When I complained about this to Amazon, I got the following response:

"We link different editions, bindings, formats or color variations of a product in our system to make it easier for customers to find the version they're looking for. Our intention is to provide all the relevant review information we possibly can, regardless of the version. As a result, the same reviews appear on the product detail pages for all versions."

How clueless can the folks at Amazon be???? I am not buying another edition, binding, format, or COLOR!!!!!! of this product. Honestly,...

Magnificent!!!!
Anything with Kaufmann is superb! I Heard the performance at the Met and was transported! I even like the "machine"!

which one?
the DVD box shown is not the opera that the people reviewed.. It's from an earlier performance with a different cast. I would not make a purchase until
this mistake is corrected
