The true life struggle of Mario Verstraete is depicted in the Belgian drama "Time Of My Life" and you couldn't pick a more emotionally charged subject than euthanasia. Verstraete, a successful professional, was struck with multiple sclerosis and vigorously campaigned for the right to end his own life with dignity when the appropriate time came. Becoming the national face of a legal euthanasia movement, he played a noteworthy part in having Belgium enact a new law accepting these decisions in certain circumstances.
